United States-Israel Free Trade Agreement

A free trade agreement between the United States and Israel established in 1985. It reduced or eliminated duties on imports into the U.S. from Israel and contributed to the U.S. becoming Israel’s top trading partner. It is the only U.S. FTA that does not include a chapter on intellectual property rights.
