An international trade term for any mode of transport. It is used in the situation when the seller fulfills their obligations by having the goods available for the buyer at the named place at the agreed time. The buyer bears all risks and costs starting when the goods are made available at the named place and continuing until they are delivered. The seller has no obligation to load the goods or clear them for export.
